LG Subscribe operates by providing customers with the option to rent home appliances through our Subscription program. The rental process involves selecting a desired product, choosing a suitable contract duration, and making monthly payments.

3. What are the contract option available?

Our rental plans vary with durations of 5 years and up to 7 years for selected products.

4. Who is eligible to sign up for this Subscribe program?

The Subscribe program is open to eligible individuals/corporate who meet the specified credit criteria.

5. Is there any payment upon application of this subscribe program?

No upfront payment is required upon application for this subscribe program.

6. How do I make my monthly repayment?

You can pay your monthly rental via Autodebit: monthly deduction from your Debit/Credit Card.

7. Can I terminate my contract within the contract period?

Yes, subject to termination fees that will be applicable.

8. What product is available to rent under this program?

LG Subscribe home appliances are available across 9 LG product lines, including water purifiers, air purifiers, air conditioners, washing machines, refrigerators, TVs, and Styler.

9. Can I apply for multiple product(s) under this program?

Depending on eligibility, customers may apply for multiple products under the LG Rent-Up program.

10. What is included in this subscribe program?

The rental program includes maintenance service, self-service options, and standard warranty coverage for the rented products.

11. Where can I sign up for this program?

12. Where can I check out the product in person?

You may visit our LG Brand Stop and our HQ Showroom to experience selected products.

13. Will the product belong to me after end of contract period?

The rented product shall be with the customer without rental fee after the end of the contract period.
